Born to a Polish father and Sicilian mother who both deeply appreciate the culture of food. From a young age he had an interest in different food cultures and their preparation methods. Driven by this passion, he pursued a degree in Classical Culinary Arts.  This was the final piece needed to successfully create his vision. The result is a menu rich in world influence that implores you to try something new.
